An opportunity is available for an experienced MRI Technologist to contribute expertise in advanced imaging techniques at a leading medical center in Dublin, Ohio. This contract position offers a night shift schedule that supports work-life balance and professional growth within a high-acuity hospital environment.

Location:Situated in the vibrant city of Dublin, Ohio, this facility provides comprehensive medical services with easy access to metropolitan Columbus. Responsibilities:

  • Operate Siemens 1.5T Aera MRI scanners to perform neuro, musculoskeletal (MSK), and abdominal imaging.
  • Conduct specialty MRI exams including breast imaging, enterography, and scans on patients with pacemakers.
  • Utilize MRI-safe ventilators, IVAC pumps, and monitoring equipment for ICU patient imaging.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and imaging quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize the EPIC electronic medical records system.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including MRI safety standards, and assist in patient preparation and monitoring.
  • Respond to on-call duties as scheduled, contributing to comprehensive imaging services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience, preferably 1.5 years with strong large hospital exposure.
  • Proficient with Siemens MRI technology.
  • Certified by ARRT or NMTCB.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Cardiac imaging experience is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with IV starts highly preferred.

Shift Details:

  • Night shifts: three 12-hour shifts per week (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM).
  • Rotation includes every third weekend and assigned holidays.
  • On-call responsibilities include three weekday day shifts per month and one weekend call every 12 weeks.
