Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
The MillerKnoll Technology team is building a customer-centric, digitally enabled business model to reshape the way our family of brands does business. We're creating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions across our platforms, and we need a Digital Product Manager focused on Product Information Management (PIM) to help enable our B2B and Dealer channels .
As the Digital Product Manager for the B2B/Dealer channel within our enterprise PIM platform , you will own the channel roadmap and backlog , partnering closely with business leaders and delivery teams to capture needs, lead discovery, translate needs into clear requirements , and drive those requirements through delivery, rollout, and adoption . We are looking for a strategic, highly collaborative product leader with a strong understanding of the B2B ecosystem and dealer network , as well as product data, master data concepts, and system integrations . You will work with architecture, engineering, and data governance partners to ensure solutions are scalable across the enterprise while delivering measurable improvements for dealer users-such as faster item setup, higher data quality, and more reliable downstream integrations .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identifies 1st through final degree customer needs. Acts as the champion of the customer needs.
- Collaborates with product and engineering teams on both internal and external bugs and feature improvements.
- Defines product features and requirements. Prioritizes based on enterprise goals, technology and customer goals and needs.
- Uses influence and negotiation skills to create and advance a user first roadmap.
- Ensures that all necessary user acceptance, performance, and postproduction testing is conducted and documented according to MillerKnoll testing guidelines.
- Fosters a culture of customer-centered design throughout the organization.
- Identifies opportunities and trends from the digital marketplace, analyzing relevant vendors and keeping an eye toward our competitive landscape.
- Manages vendor and stakeholder relationships, including RFP, contract negotiations, spend tracking, and external roadmap / upgrade notifcations.
- Researches and maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and how they may optimize current business practices.
- Utilizes analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and to direct future product development.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in product or delivery management, preferably within digital.
Skills and Abilities
- A passion for and understanding of digital products and marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of product data.
- Experience in requirements analysis and definition.
- A deep understanding of the contemporary digital ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision making and creative concepts.
- A history of delivering consistent results with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to use automation, communication, software, and tools in the Herman Miller office environment.
- The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
