Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Ensuring food quality and portion control
• Utilizing knife skills for food preparation
• Managing back of house operations
• Overseeing food cost management and ordering

Required Skills:

• Experience in banquet catering and culinary arts
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety
• Ability to manage food and beverage costs
• Experience in menu development and cooking
• ServSafe Certified with excellent knife skills

Salary:

Minimum Salary: $36,000.00

Maximum Salary: $52,000.00
