This role focuses on delivering specialized support to a K-1st grade population, predominantly students with Autism, in an engaging and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, primarily those with Autism. Collaborate with two assigned paraprofessionals to support classroom activities and behavioral interventions. Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet academic and social-emotional goals. Communicate regularly with families and school staff to coordinate services and share student progress. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to special education programs. Qualifications: Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License is required. Experience working with K-1 students, especially those with Autism. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with support staff and families.
