Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Evening Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee evening operations, ensure proper closing procedures, and prepare the restaurant for a successful morning shift.

This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable enforcing standards, managing staff, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, secure, and organized at close.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead evening staff and closing shift

• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and shutdown of the restaurant

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards

• Conduct inventory counts and prep reports for the morning team

• Monitor labor efficiency and staff performance

• Handle guest issues professionally and decisively

• Secure cash, equipment, and premises at closing

• Communicate clearly with ownership and morning leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management or shift supervision

• Strong understanding of closing procedures and food safety

• Comfortable managing teams and enforcing accountability

• Basic inventory and reporting experience

• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
