Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing Guest Experience & Sales Cashier who does more than just take orders. This role is for someone who enjoys engaging customers, explaining menu items, and actively upselling food, drinks, and add-ons.

The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, persuasive, and knowledgeable—or eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders

• Upsell menu items, sides, drinks, and add-ons

• Provide clear and confident explanations of menu items

• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff

• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service

Qualifications

• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable making recommendations and upselling

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
