Dental Assistant

We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to high-quality care, efficiency, and teamwork. We are looking for a skilled, dependable Dental Assistant who is comfortable working chairside, supporting daily clinical flow, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

• Chairside assisting during restorative, crown, and general dental procedures (within DA scope)
• Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
• Sterilization and infection control (OSHA & CDC compliant)
• Take digital X-rays (must be certified)
• Assist with impressions, temporaries, and patient education as directed
• Stock and maintain operatory supplies
• Support smooth patient flow and room turnover
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the clinical team

• Dental Assistant (DA) not required to be RDA
• At least 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification required (California)
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Comfortable assisting in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills

• Someone who can anticipate the doctors needs
• Takes initiative and stays organized
• Can manage time efficiently and keep operatories running smoothly
• Maintains professionalism with patients and staff
• Open to learning and improving skills

• 2 days per week (hours discussed during interview)
