Position Overview:The Dentist will diagnose, treat, and provide comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. You will work alongside a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine dental examinations and provide treatment plans for patients.
- Diagnose oral diseases and conditions using tools such as X-rays and other diagnostic equipment.
- Administer cosmetic and restorative treatments, including, but not limited to fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canal therapy.
- Conduct extractions and minor surgical procedures as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive dental care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.
- Stay current with advances in dental techniques, technologies, and industry developments.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license in good standing.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum [Insert Experience Requirement, e.g., 2 years] experience as a practicing dentist (preferred, but not required for new graduates).
