Dental Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about patient care, a quick learner, and eager to contribute to our practice. Prior training or experience as a dental assistant is required. Ideally, the position is for full-time employment but there maybe part-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Assisting chair side with the dentist during dental procedures
• Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
• Ensuring a clean and organized work environment
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
• Previous dental experience or certification
• Must have certification in radiology
