Registered Dental Assistant

Our general dental practice in Carlsbad, CA is searching for an enthusiastic and professional Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

As an RDA with us, youll enjoy a dynamic role that combines hands-on patient care with opportunities to expand your expertise. Whether assisting chairside during crown preps, capturing crystal-clear digital X-rays, or contributing to front desk operations, your work will make a real impact.

For this position we prefer at least 2-year experience with crown prep and the ability to take clean digital xrays. RDA License and CPR card are required.

Full-time Monday - Friday ~ 32 - 40hrs/week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with crown prep
• Ability to take clean digital X-rays
• RDA License and CPR certification are required
• Knowledge of Eaglesfoft preferred

Duties include:

• Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures.
• Perform all RDA functions.
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Ensures adherence to infection control standards, OSHA regulations, and other state/clinic policies.
• Ordering supplies and managing supply inventory
• Willingness to help in both front and back offices
• Experience with iTero and Perio protect trays is a plus
