Associate Dentist Opportunity
Terreri Dental has proudly served Northeast Pennsylvania for more than 30 years, building a trusted reputation and an active patient base of over 7,000 patients. The practice operates from a brand-new, 3,960 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility with 9 active operatories and the capacity to expand by an additional 5 operatories. Role Overview
- Position: Full-Time Associate Dentist
- Schedule: Minimum of 5 days per week, with the option to work up to 6 days
- Hours: MondayThursday 8:00 AM5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM2:00 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM1:00 PM
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (strong new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Comfortable working efficiently with a full schedule
- Growth-minded with a desire to expand clinical skills, speed, and case acceptance
- Interested in a long-term role with a potential path to ownership
Interview Process
- Initial conversation to confirm goals, clinical interests, and practice fit
- Paid working interview conducted over a 23 week period, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
- Final mutual decision and contract execution
Compensation & Benefits
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $2,500$5,000 relocation bonus, based on geographic location
- 35% of gross collections (lab fees split 50/50)
- Malpractice coverage plus license and DEA reimbursement

- Continuing education with the ability to choose areas of focus such as implants, endodontics, and more
Future Path to Ownership
After 1224 months, Terreri Dental will evaluate clinical performance and cultural fit to discuss a formal equity pathway in future practice locations fully funded by Terreri Dental, along with participation in a profit-sharing plan.
