Job Description


We are a growing, multi-specialty dental practice seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to primarily support our General Dentist , with the willingness to assist in Pediatrics, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery as needed. This is a great opportunity for an assistant who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Dentist during restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures
  • Support Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Oral Surgery providers as needed
  • Prepare and break down treatment rooms; sterilize instruments
  • Take dental x-rays and impressions
  • Assist with procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, orthodontic adjustments, and pediatric treatments
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure a smooth, positive patient experience
Qualifications
  • Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in General Dentistry required; specialty experience a plus
  • X-ray certification (state requirements apply)
  • Comfortable working with children and adult patients
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and assist across multiple specialties
  • CEREC knowledge
