Dental Front Office

We are a new, modern dental office in Carson, CA , proudly owned by a husband-and-wife team who believe that a great practice starts with a great team. Our goal is to train, support, and grow a knowledgeable, dedicated staff while maintaining a positive, respectful, and fun office culture.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Front Office Receptionist who enjoys patient interaction, values teamwork, and is looking for a long-term position with room for growth in the dental field.

• Schedule: 24 days per week (Full-Time or Part-Time available)
• No weekends
• Pay: $18$25/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
• Maintain clear, friendly, and consistent communication with patients
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Answer phones and handle continuing care/recare calls
• Verify dental insurance benefits (PPO experience preferred)
• Enter and update patient information and treatment in Dentrix
• Manage paperwork, consent forms, and patient records
• Send birthday and greeting cards to patients

• Prior dental front office experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Working knowledge of PPO dental insurance
• Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Carson, CA
• Spanish fluency preferred (we serve many Spanish-speaking patients)
• Tagalog language skills are a plus

• Full-scope general dentistry: Invisalign, Implants, Restorative, Endodontics, Periodontics
• Modern technology, including CBCT, iTero, Digital X-rays, and Panoramic Imaging
