Qualifications- 2 years in customer service or office administration role
- Experience in clinical environment is an asset
- Open Dental experience
- Experienced in treatment plan presentation and insurance breakdown
- Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
- Recall
- Collections
- Billing Insurance
