We are a growing, doctor-owned small group family dental practice seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality general dentistry with a patient-first approach
• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Open Dental
• Practice ethically with integrity and professionalism
• Contribute positively to a supportive, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Active dental license (state-appropriate)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Honest, dependable, and patient-focused
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Pay & Compensation:

• 3033% of collections plus performance bonus opportunities
• $15,000 sign-on bonus paid over 18 months
