Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $40-45+/hr. plus individual & team bonuses available!
  • Full Time Schedule: 4 days/week! Monday Thursday 8a-5p

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Kentucky Dental Hygienist license.
  • Bring your 1+ years of experience as a RDH to the table.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by:

  1. Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments: Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.
  2. Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis cleanings, scaling & root planing, polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
  3. Patient Education: Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
