Associate Dentist Whitehall, OH

Our large, well-established private dental practice in Whitehall, OH is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a great personality who provides high-quality dentistry and values patient care. This is a busy practice with strong patient flow, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive team environment. You will not be thrown in without support. Side-by-side guidance is available to help you grow and succeed.

Schedule: Full Time

Pay & Compensation

  • Very competitive compensation
  • Percentage based on personal collections or daily minimums

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a patient-focused approach
  • Diagnose and treat cavities, cracked or fractured teeth, and oral diseases
  • Perform exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general procedures
  • Administer local anesthetics and sedation as needed
  • Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
  • Create and present treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide excellent patient care

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
  • Active dental license or ability to obtain
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • New grads and experienced dentists are welcome to apply
