Associate Dentist Whitehall, OH
Our large, well-established private dental practice in Whitehall, OH is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a great personality who provides high-quality dentistry and values patient care. This is a busy practice with strong patient flow, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive team environment. You will not be thrown in without support. Side-by-side guidance is available to help you grow and succeed.
Schedule: Full Time
Pay & Compensation
- Very competitive compensation
- Percentage based on personal collections or daily minimums
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a patient-focused approach
- Diagnose and treat cavities, cracked or fractured teeth, and oral diseases
- Perform exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general procedures
- Administer local anesthetics and sedation as needed
- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
- Create and present treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide excellent patient care
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
- Active dental license or ability to obtain
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered
- Team-oriented mindset
- New grads and experienced dentists are welcome to apply
