We have a great opportunity for a registered dental hygienist licensed in the State of Maine with Full-time and Part-time hours available, and as a permanent or temporary position.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and provide quality dental care while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Perform chairside procedures and maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques.
• Document patient records accurately and review medical histories.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize dental software Dentrix for record-keeping and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Maine Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Proficient in providing exceptional patient care
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
• Experience with dental software
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
• Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings accurately

Schedule:

• No nights
• No weekends

License/Certification:

• State of Maine Dental Hygiene License (Required)
