Kitchen Utility & Prep Associate

Shift: Day, Evening, or Rotational (Based on Business Needs)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Utility & Prep Associate to support daily kitchen operations. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, stocked, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed in the kitchen.

This is a hands-on support role for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food prep (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and work areas

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and properly

• Assist cooks and prep staff as directed

• Help with restocking, organizing, and labeling food and supplies

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

• Support opening or closing tasks as scheduled

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
