Compensation: $60$65/hr + paid drive time between visits + mileage reimbursement + $5,000 sign-on bonus

A well-established, respected home health provider is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for an Oxnard-based role with a tight 10-mile territory and real schedule autonomy.

This opportunity is ideal for PTs seeking less driving, lower daily volume, and better work-life balance without sacrificing income or clinical autonomy.

• 24 patients per day

Pay & Benefits

What Youll Do

• Provide one-on-one PT care in patients homes

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans

• Document visits in a leading home health EMR system

• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team

What You Need

• Active California Physical Therapist license

• Home health or non-HH background welcome

• New grads welcome

• Spanish-speaking preferred

• CPR certification

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Open to Part Time or PRN scheduling
