Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager based in Columbus, OH . The role is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a wide range of roles. The individual will develop and enhance employer branding strategies and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet staffing goals. The role also involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing diverse talent pools while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
