Job Responsibilities......

• Prepare fresh pasta daily following company recipes and quality standards

• Complete production batches accurately and maintain required records

• Weigh, package, label, and date products for refrigerated and frozen sales

• Inspect finished products to ensure appearance, quality, and proper sealing

• Monitor code dates, labels, and packaging integrity throughout production

• Handle inventory with care to protect product quality

• Merchandise and restock pasta products for customer purchase

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation

• Safely operate pasta-making and department equipment

• Support additional department tasks as needed

We are seeking....

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 or older

• At least 1 year of pasta-making experience or willing to learn

• Knowledge of packaging or food production processes preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• A commitment to quality and a genuine love for the craft of pasta
