Our expanding Rural Healthcare Clinic in Crescent City, CA is seeking a Dental Director to join our dedicated, mission-driven team. Position Overview

The Dental Director will be responsible for both clinical care and leadership within our dental department. This includes:

• Providing direct patient care, including hygiene services in the initial phase
• Overseeing and mentoring staff dentists
• Conducting quarterly chart audits to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborating with clinic leadership to shape and expand dental services

This is a full-time, salaried position with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on oral health access in our community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $225,000 – $300,000 per year
• Incentive bonus based on patient volume

Stallant Health and Wellness is expanding access to quality dental care for Medi-Cal and Partnership HealthPlan patients—and we’re looking for a Dental Director to lead that charge.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to under served populations.
• Help build and lead a growing dental team during an exciting period of clinic expansion.
• Collaborate with leadership as we launch urgent dental care and expand hours and services.

12-hour shifts | Sunday–Thursday | 30 hours/week on rotation with 7 days off between rotations:  
8 am - 8 pm Sun - Thurs and Fridays 8 am - 2 pm

Preferred Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active California Dental License
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience working with Medi-Cal patients
• Credentialed with Medi-Cal or eligible for credentialing
• Passion for serving under served and rural communities
