A well-established, privately doctor-owned dental practice in Spring Lake is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its high-performing clinical team. Position Overview

• Role: General Dentist — Permanent

• Schedule:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 7:00am – 7:00pm

  • Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

• Practice Type: Privately Doctor-Owned

• Environment: Team-driven, mentorship-focused, clinically progressive

• Ideal Candidate: 2–3+ years of experience preferred, growth-minded, quality-focused

Current Clinical Team

• Dentists: 5

• Hygienists: 8

• Established support staff and strong clinical infrastructure

• Collaborative, multi-doctor setting with built-in mentorship

Clinical Scope & Technology

• Full-arch implant cases

• Advanced restorative & crown/bridge

• Comprehensive general dentistry

• Same-day dentistry capabilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: Guantee or 35% of collections which ever is greater

• CE Allowance: $2,000 per year

• Additional CE: Unlimited free in-house continuing education

Requirements

• Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility)

• General Dentistry experience preferred (2–3 years ideal)

• Comfortable with restorative and implant-related procedures (mentorship available)
