Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a small animal general practice that is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. The clinic is well-established, progressive, and fast paced, offering a broad range of services and participating in regular industry field trials for new pharmaceutical medications.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. This position can be full or part time.

Role Description and Responsibilities
Clinical responsibilities include preventative care, surgery, urgent care, high-speed dentistry, in-house diagnostics, digital full body and dental radiology, ultrasonography, endoscopy, and medical or vacation boarding. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

The hospital is a small animal general practice located in Starke, FL. Equipment includes digital full body and dental radiology, ultrasonography, endoscopy, and high-speed dentistry. Facilities include in-house diagnostics and medical or vacation boarding. The hospital is AAHA accredited and Fear Free Certified. Services offered include wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, parasite prevention, nutritional counseling, microchipping, and senior wellness care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
