Overview RN Triage Positions Join Our Team

Were seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Triage team. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to assess patient needs over the phone, provide evidencebased guidance, and support safe, timely care decisions. RN Triage Nurses play a crucial part in helping patients navigate their symptoms, coordinate next steps, and feel confident in their care plan all through thoughtful, highquality clinical assessment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
  • Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,
  • Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,
  • Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patients progress toward attainment of the outcomes,
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
  • Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.
Qualifications Who Were Looking For

We invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in:

  • Emergency Room (ER)
  • Urgent Care
  • Acute Care

Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
    • Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
  • Current RN licensure
  • Prior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferred
  • Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts
  • Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care
Pay Range USD $32.21 - USD $47.60 /Hr.
