This facility is seeking a Hospice - Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

•Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

•Practice Setting: Inpatient

•Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Hospice cases

•Credentialing timeframe: 0-30 Days

•EMR: Epic

•Certifications required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS)

•Licensure required: Must have active Oregon license
