Job Summary

Responsible for clinical evaluation of patients who present for triage in the Emergency Department for psychiatric or substance abuse services. Reports to the Director of Behavioral Health Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

o Bachelor degree in a field related to mental health required.

o Master's degree preferred.

Experience

o Must have two years clinical experience.

Licensure and/or Certification

o LICSW LMHC required.

o CPI achieved within 3 months of hire required.

Skills

o Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of psychiatric medications, and knowledge of mental health network required.

o Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

o Computer skills and proficiency.

o Must have the ability to maintain confidential information.
