Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active New York State PT License is Required to Start the Assignment
• Over 1 year outpatient experience - minimum

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Shift Hours: 0700-1500
• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Tuesday, Thursday (10:30 AM-6:30 PM)
