As a Lending Specialist with focus on Pricing and Profitability within JPMorgan Wealth Management, you will drive the financial optimization and strategic direction of our lending business. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a key partner to Financial Advisors, Market Leadership, and cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to shape pricing strategies, enhance profitability supporting sustainable loan growth and balance sheet optimization. You will be responsible for developing and refining the lending pricing framework, including partnering with other lines of business to develop new pricing models and influence positive outcomes for JPMorgan Wealth Management. Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lending pricing strategies in partnership with USPB, Finance, and Treasury to optimize profitability and support relationship-based pricing models.
  • Analyze and refine Advisor compensation plans to balance business incentives with overall lending profitability and growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust controls and review frameworks for pricing exceptions, ensuring consistent application and adherence to key profitability metrics (LROE, RROE).
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Technology teams to drive initiatives that enhance balance sheet management, capital optimization and support lending business innovation.
  • Lead annual financial review processes (FLRA) and engage with LOB CFOs to conduct broad-based pricing reviews and expand financial metrics across lending products.
  • Collaborate across functional partners to ensure operational excellence and superior client outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of financial services, finance, or treasury experience
  • Valid and active Securities Industry Essential Series 7 & Series 66 licenses (63/65) and NMLS registry, or successfully obtain within 120 days from start date as a condition of employment
  • Proven experience in lending sales, pricing strategy, financial analysis, or treasury within a financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, profitability analysis, and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions (Finance, Treasury, Product, Technology) and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with lending in a wealth management division across mortgage, margin, and or securities-based lending
  • Strong partnership and people skills; collaborate with people across all levels of the organization (analyst to MD)
