Our client, a leading healthcare organization in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Senior Oracle Financial Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Oracle Financial Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Systems Department supporting the Finance Transformation and ERP Implementation teams. The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle expertise, ideally gained through experience as an implementation partner and/or through multiple successful Oracle Fusion implementations. This is an 8+ month contract position with long-term potential.
Job Title: Senior Oracle Financial Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid in greater Seattle, WA (2-3 days/week onsite)
Pay Rate: $75 $95/hour (W2, based on experience)
Whats the Job?
- Lead the functional design, build, and optimization of Oracle Fusion finance modules and workflows.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to deploy internal controls, integrations, and API-enabled workflows.
- Support the development and stabilization of new financial systems capabilities during the Oracle transformation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with future-state finance processes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert to guide decision-making, system best practices, and functional enhancements.
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Expertise working with Oracle Fusion, preferably with experience at Oracle or an implementation partner.
- Proven ability to design and implement finance system workflows, integrations, and internal controls.
- Strong understanding of finance operations and enterprise transformation initiatives.
