What You’ll Enjoy:

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth
- Manage accounts and set them up for success before passing them off to account management
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts
- Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
- Represent a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence
- Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership
- Option to run cradle to grave or Customer Sales model
What We’re Looking For
“Driven, Experienced, and Relationship-Focused”
- 2–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
- No Non-Compete/non-solicit
- $300k/month+ Revenue - $30k/month+ Gross Margin
- Proven sales and relationship-building success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceeds Sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Ability to manage customer relationships
