Knellinger Dental Excellence has been caring for families in Palm Harbor since 1982, and we’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit, patient-focused team.

This role is all about relationships. You’ll be the bridge between our doctors, our clinical team, and our patients — helping people understand their treatment options, feel confident in their decisions, and supported every step of the way. What you’ll do day to day:

    •    Help patients understand and feel comfortable with their treatment plans

    •    Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently and thoughtfully

    •    Review procedures, insurance benefits, and financial options with patients

    •    Keep patient records accurate and organized

    •    Work closely with doctors and team members to create a seamless patient experience

What we’re looking for:

    •    At least 3 years of dental front office experience

    •    Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefit coordination

    •    A positive, friendly personality with great communication skills

    •    Confidence presenting treatment plans in a clear, compassionate way

Nice to have (but not required):

    •    Sales background
