As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Provide one to one client care
• Assist with outpatient rehabilitation sessions,outpatient orthopedic treatments as well a neuro rehab, and wellness programs.
• Perform manual therapy techniques, and soft tissue mobilization, sports proformance strategies
• Utilize electrical stimulation, adaptive equipment,  therapeutic activities, and vestibular rehabilitation as needed

Required Skills:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas
• Experience in treatment planning and neuromuscular therapy, collaborating to implement sports performance training / rehab
• Ability to work as positive team member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time mangement and basic EMR skills, current CPR

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient Physical Therapy
• Familiarity with adaptive equipment
• Knowledge of outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful - not required
• familiarity with Sports Medicine, Neuro rehab

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using adaptive equipment and electrical stimulation devices
• Experience with treatment planning software
• New grads welcome

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,750 to $82,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible schedules, tuition reimbursement, health & wellness programs, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, paid time off, long-term disability, short-term disability, and continuing education reimbursement allowances.
