A small, well-established CPA firm in Grove City is seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper to support its team during the busiest time of year: mid-January through mid-April . You'll be part of a close-knit team that values accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication — and you'll play a key role in keeping client accounts organized during tax season.

• Record and classify bank transactions daily in QuickBooks

• Enter payroll data into SurePayroll (training provided – it's user-friendly)

• Keep client records organized, accurate, and up to date

• Support tax-season processes by preparing and maintaining clean financials

• Communicate with a small internal team to meet deadlines and keep everything running smoothly

• Strong QuickBooks experience (Online or Desktop – you know your way around it)

• Comfortable navigating software and entering payroll data

• Prior bookkeeping experience, especially in small business or professional service settings

• Detail-oriented and dependable — you know how to keep things on track

• Able to work on-site in Grove City, Monday through Thursday
