Core Responsibilities
Participate in the full software development life cycle: design, development, unit/load testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Build windows-based applications.
Maintain existing applications, fix errors, improve the performance deploy the code using ADO pipelines to different environments.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Quality assurance team to ensure code meets business requirements.

Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of Agile practices and task tracking (e.g., ADO boards).

Preferred Experience for Associate Level
0 2 years of experience in .NET development (internships or academic projects acceptable).
Exposure to unit testing and basic debugging.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
Knowledge of enhancing and debugging SQL queries
Willingness to learn and adapt to enterprise standards.
