Work Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: Off

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice in Minnetonka. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality preventive dental care in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take and review dental X-rays
• Conduct oral health assessments and charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist dentists during examinations and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and excellent chairside manner

Required Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license (State of Minnesota)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient care and professionalism

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dental software systems
• Prior clinical experience in a dental practice
• Friendly, positive, and reliable attitude
