Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality and consistency
• Manage food cost and inventory
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff
• Collaborate with front of house team for seamless service

Required Skills:

• Experience in kitchen and restaurant management
• Menu planning and development skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
• ServSafe certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in scratch cooking and grilling
• Knowledge of catering operations
• Expertise in menu development

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $60,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $65,000.00
• Health insurance and paid time off
