Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, including managing personnel, maintaining inventory, and ensuring full compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).

As a FAA 145 Repair Station Manager, You Will:

• Ensure ongoing compliance with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and applicable FARs; serve as the primary liaison with the FAA and auditors
• Oversee quality functions, inspections, corrective actions, and regulatory documentation
• Supervise technicians and inspectors, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring work follows approved data
• Manage staffing, training, qualifications, and payroll to meet operational and regulatory needs
• Oversee inventory control, material traceability, tooling, and calibrated equipment
• Maintain facility readiness, safety, security, and effective communication with customers and internal teams

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an FAA Part 145 Repair Station or a background as an A&P Mechanic
• Strong working knowledge of FARs and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven experience conducting interviews and managing employees
• Solid understanding of inventory management and material control practices
• Familiarity with incoming inspection processes and maintenance release documentation
• Experience with wireless or technical sales is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technicians, inspectors, and leadership

Education:

• BS in Business, Engineering, an aviation related field, or significant equivalent technical experience
