FLEXO PRESS OPERATOR - 3RD SHIFT

Daily Responsibilities:

• Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press, focusing on meeting product quality specifications, safety, and waste management
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the press is stocked with necessary materials for label production
• Provide leadership in Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, and innovation
• Contribute to an innovative culture by developing new products for customers

Required Skills:

• Ability to think through mechanical aspects of equipment operations
• Effective time management on multiple projects with deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High levels of customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and high school degree or equivalent

Technical Skills:

• Nilpeter Narrow Web UV ink roll-fed flexo press and/or
• Mark Andy 10 color water-based ink flexo press

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $54,000
• Maximum Salary: $68,000
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, life insurance, and more
