Job Summary
We are a well established dental office for over 30 years looking for a friendly, driven individual willing to work with us on a part-time basis (possibility for full time position later on).

Duties

- Fridays and Saturdays (9am - 5pm) are a must with an additional day or two (subject to candidate’s availabilities)
- Compensation: 35% of production or base;
- DMD/DDS from an accredited dental school (motivated new grads are welcome!);
- Active state license in good standing;
- Committed to work with us for a long-term period (our current associates have been with us for years due to stress-free environment);
- The practice provides implant and clear aligner services (along with general procedures such as extractions, fillings, scaling, endo, removable/fixed prostheses, etc). Potential for growth with a mentor;
- Great customer base (loyal patients that come back due to trust built with them!);
- No rush environment - we prioritize quality over quantity;
- Friendly, helpful staff;
- Fully equipped office: CBCT, digital printer, CEREC.

Experience:
Applicants should demonstrate competence in general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and infection control protocols. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and anatomy will support effective diagnosis and treatment planning. Prior experience working within a team environment that emphasizes quality patient care in a fast-paced setting will ensure success in this role.
