Join our team at Southern Arizona Rad Associates as a Radiology Imaging Scheduler / Receptionist! We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and contributing to a positive work environment. Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient registration
• Schedule patient appointments
• Operate switchboard and assist with phone inquiries
• Perform front office tasks
• Data entry
• Verify exams, ensure order authorization, and insurance verification
• incoming and outbound calls  

Required Skills:

• Strong clerical support skills
• Proficient in keyboarding and office procedures
• Excellent grammar and business correspondence skills
• Ability to multitask and manage calendars efficiently
• Experience with patient scheduling and administrative tasks
• Strong people skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with faxing and word processing
• Knowledge of radiology terminology
• Ability to problem solve
