RequirementsWe are currently looking for a full time IT Operations Manager to be a financial hero to our members! This position is located at CME's administrative offices in Downtown Columbus, Ohio.
- Oversee core credit union systems (e.g. M365, loan origination platforms, FICS, SQL Servers, ADFS) ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
- Supervise IT operations staff and foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for adhering to NCUA regulations, cybersecurity standards and internal policies.
- Manage relations with third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and implement automation where feasible, work with other departments to align technology initiatives.
- Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
To complete this mission, our hero needs to be a self-motivated and empathetic team player with great communication and leadership skills. Our hero also needs to be an organized, problem solver with strong project management and analytical skills. Being technology advanced with strong ethics and attention to detail is also a must.
At a minimum, our hero needs to have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in IT operations. ITIL, CISSP, or CISM certifications are a plus. Financial institution experience is preferred.
