Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to patients
• Conduct therapeutic massages and administer electrical stimulation
• Assist with treatment planning and documentation
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Skills:

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques
• Ability to assist with adaptive equipment and hydrotherapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hand therapy or vestibular rehabilitation
• Familiarity with speech therapy techniques such as VitalStim
• Knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation practices
