Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Supports the preparation and end-to-end financial reporting process, including financial statement analysis.
• Prepares accruals, adjusting journal entries, and complex account reconciliations across multiple balance sheet accounts.
• Performs reconciliations for fixed assets, intercompany accounts, deferred revenue and expenses, investments, and bank accounts.
• Assists with year-end audits and internal audit initiatives, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Conducts pricing reviews and validations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Administers the company's Egencia travel program.
• Partners with Accounts Payable to manage vendor data, ACH updates, and Corporate Amex payment reconciliations.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Travels occasionally to support operations at other company locations.
• Performs additional responsibilities as required.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration preferred, complemented by relevant hands-on experience.
