Traveling Superintendent

We are a Commercial General Contractor located in Corona, CA seeking a highly motivated, traveling Jobsite Superintendent to join our team.  Background in retail/commercial construction with site work/ground up experience. We are licensed throughout the US and have a need for a candidate to be willing to travel on a regular basis.  Please provide a resume with previous relevant experience.

Responsibilities and Qualifications include but not limited to:

• Review blueprints and facilitate the job according to the plans and specifications.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Send daily reports to project manager
• Interface with project manager, inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain clean work environment and high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Prioritize SAFETY in workplace
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• OSHA 30 hour certification
• Deadline and detail-oriented
