About BPM:
Ballpark Music (BPM) specializes in producing large-scale postgame concerts in stadiums across the country. BPM handles booking and producing concerts for teams that engage fans, boost attendance and enhance the bottom line of the event. Since inception in 2015, BPM has produced nearly 400 concerts on stadium fields with artists like Chris Stapleton, Snoop Dogg, Zac Brown Band, Thomas Rhett, Weezer, Run DMC, The Avett Brothers, T-Pain, Diplo, Old Dominion, Ludacris, Sam Hunt, AJR, Jordan Davis, Riley Green, Nelly and many, many more. BPM has also handled the on-field production for MLB’s All-Star Week (2023, 2024 and 2025), as well as trophy presentations for the ALCS, NLCS and World Series since 2017.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join Ballpark Music. This person will be directly assisting the President of BPM in all areas including, but not limited to: artist management communications, presenting concert ideas to teams, contract negotiations, maintaining schedules and organized event planning, office management, company HR needs, paperwork coordination, and any activities that keep the company, and the President, running smoothly and efficiently.
You will also be responsible for managing all marketing efforts related to upcoming concerts in collaboration with the BPM clients and artists. You will be tracking and coordinating all promotional assets to ensure successful marketing campaigns are being executed. You will also be on site for each show, ensuring a positive relationship with both the Teams and the Artists.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing assets for BPM clients
• Support the President of BPM with all concert preparation and execution
• Coordinate with clients & artist management to track, gather, and approve all necessary assets for concert promotion
• Help implement strategic marketing plans for upcoming concerts to maximize audience engagement and ticket sales
• Collaborate with Teams’ creative departments to create compelling marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, and promotional videos
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in both the sports and entertainment sectors to identify new marketing opportunities
• Act as the point of contact for non-technical elements for shows including, but not limited to, coordinating catering, hospitality, crew calls, hotel arrangements, flights, ground, stagehands, techs, show logistics and the show itself
• No job too big, no job too small – this position, like everyone at BPM, will be involved in every facet of planning and executing each show. You will be involved in high level conceptualization of creating world-class events as well as making sure crews have water on site and everything in-between.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
• Amazing personal skills and relationship building
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in marketing, business, music production, or sports-related disciplines
• 2+ years of applicable experience with a team, agency or in concert production
• The ability to travel as needed – heavy travel from May to October
• Lift up to 30lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time
