Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice in Conway, AR. The clinic has been serving the community for over 26 years and is dedicated to providing high-quality care for companion animals. The hospital is not privately owned.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. It is closed on weekends. The position is full-time and offers schedule flexibility with no weekend or after-hours requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The veterinarian will be responsible for providing high-quality general practice care, including surgery, diagnostics, client education, and patient management. The role requires surgical skills and a strong focus on building lasting client relationships. This opportunity is open to experienced veterinarians looking to work in a compassionate, team-oriented environment that emphasizes authentic care and community engagement.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with an in-clinic pharmacy, in-house digital radiography, ultrasound, low-level lasers and LEDs, and surgical facilities, enabling full-spectrum general practice services. The clinic emphasizes patient care, client communication, and the use of advanced technology to deliver quality outcomes. The culture is centered around long-term client relationships and excellence in veterinary medicine.

Team
The team includes two DVMs supported by a tenured and collaborative staff. The work environment is positive and teamwork-focused, with a strong emphasis on communication, mutual respect, and delivering compassionate care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
