Solace Sexual Assault Services needs a Psychotherapist (Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred) to join our Clinical team to provide therapy to survivors of sexual assault. The Role
Psychotherapists at Solace provide evidence-based, trauma-focused psychotherapy to children (3+ years), adolescents, adults, and non-offending family members.

Key Responsibilities
Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy
Offer crisis intervention services
Use culturally responsive, evidence-based modalities
Collaborate with Clinical Team members
Complete confidential documents
Support waitlist management
Contribute to a positive team culture

Required Qualifications
Masters degree in counseling, social work or related field.
NM Licensure as LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.
Experience using evidence-based modes of therapy.
Ability to work with diverse populations with Spanish/English language competency preferred.
Background clearance and required trainings (we offer additional trainings to support our work).
Proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Work Environment:
Based in Santa Fe, this position is in-office, on-site, and requires mobility throughout the facility. You must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 DOE.
