Traveling Concrete Project Manager

Job Description

Responsible for developing correct estimates and providing accurate and detailed project information to all appropriate parties, in addition to managing the administration components for an entire project.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing a bid strategy for a project.
• Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Perform the job setup for the project, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Ensure an organized and accurate takeoff for the project.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure the cost and quantity align with the budget.
• Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience for a self-perform general contractor or self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Project experience in commercial/industrial.
• Experience in estimating, submitting bids, and generating proposals is a plus

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Willing to pay relocation, get truck allowance, phone allowance. Pay for all travel and lodging.

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 8, 2026.
